Welcome New Patients

What to expect

At WSA Chiropractic we welcome walk-in appointments and you will be greeted with friendly faces at your arrival. You will be asked to fill out the new patient paperwork or you have the option to print and complete it prior to your appointment. Dr. Justin and Dr. Stephanie give the proper time and attention necessary to discuss your health concerns and needs. 

Your First Visit

The doctor’s will go over your paperwork in detail with you and review any other topics that you wish to discuss pertaining to your health and reason for visit. If you have any spinal images (X-ray or MRI) we encourage you to bring along the paper reports and discs so that we can assess these, as they may be helpful to understand your condition. An in-depth examination will be performed, where the doctor can evaluate your condition, spine and nervous system and establish what treatments may be performed and necessary in your care plan. The doctor’s may also wish to request an X-ray or another form of imaging to get more details about your condition. All of the information gathered will allow the doctor’s to determine a proper care plan to fit your specific health needs and goals. 

Beyond the First Visit

At every visit you can expect to discuss your condition(s), get an evaluation of your spine and nervous system, and receive a spinal adjustment and any additional therapies as needed. Dr.’s Justin and Stephanie practice with the belief that chiropractic is not solely about pain relief, but addressing the cause of your symptoms and treating the individual as a whole. Educating our patients that chiropractic care is a healthy way of living and optimizing the health of your spine and nervous system is of utmost importance to us, as well as an enriching experience with WSA Chiropractic.
